In the face of uncertainty from the pandemic we have expanded our choices for classes and privates to provide options to suit each person's individual circumstances. What's in the pipeline for 2022

We are coming to the end of term four, meaning Sarah and I are in the process of putting together the Be In Blossom timetable for 2022. Considerable time and effort goes into this process to accommodate as many requests as possible. The last 18 months has been a challenge to navigate the business through and I would like to sincerely thank clients and referrers for supporting us over this time. We are going to take a slightly longer break this year to recharge and be ready to hit the ground running in 2022.

Tips to Manage Pelvic Pain in Pregnancy

What is Pregnancy Pelvic girdle pain (PPGP)? It is a term given to pain experienced during pregnancy at one or all of the pelvic joints. Pain over the central, front region of the pelvis is called symphysis pubis dysfunction (SPD) and pain in the left and/or right buttock region where the sacrum joins the pelvic bones is called sacroiliac joint (SIJ) pain.
