Teen Physiofit

Be In Blossom is thrilled to offer an innovative and engaging class exclusively for young women ages 12-16. This class is designed not only to enhance physical fitness but also to empower girls by helping them understand how their pelvic floor and core should work together during movement.
Adolescence can bring common challenges such as anxiety, menstrual issues, and endometriosis, which can lead to overactivity in the pelvic floor muscles. This can result in pelvic pain, bladder, and bowel issues.
Throughout sessions girls will learn how to properly tighten, relax, and integrate their pelvic floor correctly with exercise and at rest.
