Physiotherapist for 19+ years with a focus on Women’s Health. Briony held a Physiotherapist role at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital (RBWH) for 10 years treating obstetric and gynaecological patients including conducting pelvic floor assessments, antenatal and postnatal care, cancer care including lymphoedema training and was a clinical educator for final year Physiotherapy students completing their Women’s Health unit.
Currently a member of the North West Women’s Health Physiotherapy Group servicing the North West Hospital maternity unit and a facilitator in their antenatal class program.
Qualified Pilates Instructor completing a 12-month training program in 2003 and has lectured in the application of Pilates to pregnancy.
15 years classical dance training achieving Advanced level in R.A.D. Briony has been able to draw on her experiencing choreographing dance classes to create well-designed, dynamic antenatal and postnatal exercise classes for Be In Blossom.

A Physiotherapist for 15+ years with diverse private practice experience in Women’s Health, Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy including the opportunity to work with elite athletes and sporting teams. Andrea is able to draw on her extensive exercise programming skills, returning athletes to their chosen sport to get women back to the activities they love to do post-birth or gynaecological surgery.
Qualified Pilates instructor completing her Dance Medicine Australia training in 2004 and teaching both mat and equipment classes in several studios since. Andrea has been teaching classes at Be in Blossom since 2017.
Andrea has a holistic approach to the body having studied and practised Japanese Integrative Acupuncture for a number of years. She understands the importance of the body-mind connection and addressing other systems (eg. visceral, endocrine/hormonal) which may be impacting on a Women’s presentation.
