Pregnancy Classes Chermside

Private Consults
Internal pelvic floor examinations are currently not available, however if you wish to have a pelvic floor assessment you are welcome to make an appointment to see our Physiotherapist, Briony O’Connor at Ramsay Health Plus. Ramsay Health is conveniently located within the North West Private Hospital, Flockton Street, Everton Park. Free parking is available.

Pregnancy Conditioning & Cardio Class
Our pregnancy circuit classes are designed and conducted by skilled Physiotherapists to support the latest recommendations by Sports Medicine Aust and RANCOG (Royal Aust & NZ College of Obstetricians). Pregnant women are advised to accumulate 150-300 min of moderate-intensity physical activity each week and to participate in submaximal strength training.

Pregnancy Pilates
Pilates is recommended by many obstetricians for pregnant women. Its focus on posture, breathing, core connection and flexibility have seen women eagerly seeking out classes. However, significant adaptations need to be made to the general pilates program to accommodate the physical and physiological changes that occur during this time.

Private and Small Group Reformer
Be In Blossom offers private and small group reformer Physiotherapy Pilates classes at our purpose-built contemporary home studio in Keperra. The air-conditioned studio has been fitted out with three commercial grade reformers.
