NEW CLASS being trialed!
Sarah and I are excited to trial a brand new evening class from next week, May 4th.
Mindful Release: Find Your Calm will be a class devoted to gentle movement sequences, breathing, visualisations and mindfulness to foster release of muscle tension and an overall state of peacefulness. The class will be open to both pregnant and postnatal new and current clients with position and movement modifications provided for each group. It will run from 6:30-7:30pm. We will convert our second pregnancy Core & Stretch class on that evening for this trial period.
You will be able to book into this class either casually or using your 5 class pass. The same item code will be used that we use for our other weekly classes for those wishing to claim a private heath rebate. You can book into this class the same way as you book all other weekly classes. The class will be trialed throughout the month of May after which we will seek client feedback as to whether we continue with the format, make changes or revert back to the usual Pregnancy Core & Stretch class. This class is suitable for ladies wishing to attend a class focused on relaxation rather than toning. Ideal for:
- Mind/body connection,
- Assisting to manage stress or anxiety of pregnancy or parenting,
- Assisting to manage body discomforts,
- Tackling overactive pelvic floor or pelvic pain
A great compliment to your other classes!

MUMS CONNECT – Understanding Birth Trauma
Thank you to the wonderful Jill Clarke, Birth Trauma Councillor, who facilitated our Understanding Birth Trauma Mum's Connect sessions during April. The sessions were well attended and we received some lovely feedback from ladies who made it on the day. It was exciting to also have 6 ladies present via our zoom connection.
