Competition Time

Lets not let the kids have all the fun at Christmas. Now there is an advent calendar for YOU! Not just the calendar but the chance to win a fabulous prize valued at over $6001! Starting on December 1st, I will be releasing daily short videos each morning on Be In Blossom socials. Videos will have an exercise for the day. There will be one for pregnant clients and one for all other ladies (postnatal and beyond). Modifications will be discussed on the videos. To participate simply print off the blank advent calendar HERE or pick one up at class, and record the daily exercise plus your time. Each day you need to do the exercise for that day plus all exercises that were on previous days. Eg on day 4 you do the exercise set for that day plus the 3 days prior. By Christmas Eve you will have 24 exercises to complete! Once complete you need to email in your sheet. All completed sheets go in the draw to win our incredible prize pack including:

• Family, Newborn or Pregnancy Studio Mini photography session with top
  Brisbane photographer Claire from The Newborn Studio that includes a sitting plus 10 digital images valued at $495

NB You need to have attended at least one class with Be In Blossom in 2023 to be eligible for the prize BUT you can have loads of fun with family and friends participating and getting active even if you are not currently a Be In Blossom attendee.

Completed sheets should be emailed or photographed and sent through in a text by Dec 27th.
