Mummy Core & Conditioning


The Progressive Pilates class caters for:

  • Ladies who have completed the Introductory series and are wanting to work towards more challenging levels
  • New Mums who want the flexibility of booking weekly or who are unable to attend the Tuesday Introductory series.
  • Mums who would like to begin attending when their little ones are older than 5 months.
  • Mum's who have returned to work or who find it more suitable to attend in the evening without bringing their children along.

A great all-round body workout out designed to provide a range of options catering for the novice to those with a strong Pilates background. Modifications are made to suit participant's level of control and strength and exercises will be progressed according to individual needs. You will be given guidelines to follow to help you learn when it is appropriate to progress or to pull back. Therabands, fitballs, Chai balls are used in class as you work through a combination of toning, flexibility and core stability exercises while maintaining a strong focus on pelvic floor support.


Tuesday Mornings 9:00am and 11:00am 
Tuesday Afternoon 1.00pm and 7:30pm
Thursday Night 7:30pm
Friday Mornings 9:00am and 10:00am


5 Class Pass $90 ($18/Class)
Valid for 3 Months. 
Casual $22.50/Class
