Be In Blossom offers a range of classes to help you achieve a healthy pregnancy and to regain your shape following your baby’ arrival. Please click on a link below for further information:


Pregnancy Exercise Class - Low Impact

A one hour class that includes low impact aerobic exercise at moderate intensity to achieve cardiovascular benefits. Pelvic floor exercises, mat work and stretching are included to cope with the additional demands pregnancy places on the body and to prepare for an active birth.

Please note you can attend the classes from 12 weeks onwards.

Class duration: 1 hour.
Time: Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6-7pm.
Location: Chermside Kedron Uniting Church

Pregnancy Exercise Class - Pilates & Stretch

A one hour class comprising of a series of core stability exercises to maintain support for the spine and pelvis. Exercises focus on correcting and preventing muscle imbalances that occur throughout pregnancy. Specific attention is paid to the pelvic floor and deep abdominals. Breath awareness and relaxation strategies are included which can be a valuable tool for birth.

Please note you can attend the classes from 12 weeks onwards.

Class duration: 1 hour.
Time: Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7-8pm.

Mummy Pilates & Baby Massage

Mummy Pilates

The series comprises of 4 one hour classes held weekly for you and your baby to enjoy.

Exercises focus on rehabilitating your body following the birth of your baby through;

  • Building abdominal support and control
  • Developing Pelvic Floor strength and endurance
  • Correction of postural faults
  • Core stability training
  • General toning

Form friendships with new Mums and nurture the bond you share with your baby through developing your massage skills.

Please note you can attend the series from 6 weeks following your baby’s birth.

Class duration: One hour (4 consecutive weeks)
Time: Tuesday mornings from 9am - 10am
Commencing the 1st Tuesday of the month
Location: Chermside Kedron Uniting Church

Mummy Pilates - Continuation Class

Mummy Pilates

A one hour class that builds on the foundations developed through attending the introductory series. Modifications will be made to suit participant’ level of control and strength and exercises will be progressed according to individual needs.

Class duration: One hour
Time: Tuesday mornings from 10am - 11am
